Green River Rafting Trip

As part of our "National Park Summer" we spent a day on the Green River, it was a super day to be on the river and totally family friendly. Because it was so late in the season the rapids weren't crazy big (much to the disappointment of my husband) which made it perfect for families with smaller children.  Half way we stopped at a beach for lunch prepared by the guides--simple, but tasty.  The scenery was fantastic and the Indian rock art panels were really cool.

    We had a nannie from Vernal once when my third child was born. Anyway, never been there, but this looks fun!

    Wow what a nice locale for river rafting. I tried this once with friends in NorCal Gold country and it was a full day of activities. Fun, but I'm not going to repeat that experience again.

    Wow, that looks like a fabulous time. A nice, smooth trip would definitely be more my style! Love the cave drawings too. Your have a beautiful family. #LTTL

    This looks super fun! My hubby and I have a dream to visit every Continental National Park... then we might add on the non-continental ones.
